Knife Rivals

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 15, 2026

These terms apply to the Knife Rivals Discord bot and its web dashboard (together, “the Bot”). By using the Bot, or by being in a server where it runs, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Bot.

1. What the Bot is

The Bot is a private bot run by an individual developer for the Knife Rivals Discord server. It provides moderation, tickets, leveling, music, welcome messages and similar features. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord Inc.

2. Discord's rules come first

You must follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines while using the Bot.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

4. Server administrators

Administrators who configure the Bot are responsible for how it is set up in their server, including what it logs, which roles it gives, and the messages it sends on their behalf.

5. Music

Music features play content from third-party services. You are responsible for what you choose to play, and those services' own terms apply.

6. Availability

The Bot is provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”. It may change, go offline, or lose data at any time, without notice. Features may be added or removed.

7. Access may be removed

The developer or server staff may stop you from using the Bot, or remove it from a server, at any time — for example if these terms are broken.

8. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, the developer is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by using, or not being able to use, the Bot — including moderation actions taken by the Bot or by server staff.

9. Privacy

How the Bot handles data is explained in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Bot after a change means you accept the new terms.

11. Contact

Questions about these terms: message the developer on Discord at dexade, or open a ticket in the Knife Rivals Discord server.
